Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Yeah, my understanding is that the news is slow in coming from the smelter. Whatever. The important thing is that it is coming. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised to see the news delayed until the new year. I heard that January is a good time for buyouts...those receiving the cash don't have to pay tax on the deal until April 2012! Hmmm.....

Concerning the float, IHub information under "detailed quote" puts the float at 92 million. My understanding is that more than half of that is in certificate form, which means that it is, for all intents and purposes, locked up. I am of the opinion that there is less than 10 million shares available for trade in the float. That is just a guess, but I've followed GHDC long enough to come to that conclusion. There is one shareholder of considerable interest that appears to be trading some of his portion of the float, but it is with the intention of accumulation.

I think GHDC is the biggest play of my lifetime...and I think that may be an understatement!
