Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Thursday introduced a measure that would legalize recreational marijuana throughout Canada, The New York Times reported.

The legislation, which is expected to pass Parliament, would make Canada the second country in the world to fully legalize recreational marijuana use, following Uruguay.
