I have faith that the governmental organizations are doing a very thorough investigation. If there are illegal activities I believe they want to have a thorough knowledge between Delaney, PQ, PP,RK,JK, and corporate events and board meetings. If there are any illegal activities I believe when the FBI/SEC makes their announcement it's game set match. Whoever is involved or found to be doing wrong get you affairs in order. Kiss all the children and grab your toothbrush and prepare for the federal pen. 

For all I know everything can be legal. Just wasn't shareholder friendly and other plans didn't work out. All I want is the FBI/SEC to step in and rule one way or the other.
