From the paper dated Sunday,Mar 16.Kerry Sully says Hi $ oil is making it difficult to get a  seismic vessel.When available ,he wants to shoot 500 sq kilometres of 3D B4 drilling as this would more accurately pinpoint the chance of oil as opposed to the 2D done in 1999.He also stated that CGX has the funds(US$15m) to finance the seismic work
