The agreement is only subject to government of Guyana approval, and I don’t think there’s going to be a problem obtaining this. In the September 20 news release, Suresh Narine, Chairman stated, "The cooperation received from the Government of Guyana on both license re-issues and farm-outs has been of great assistance in advancing these initiatives." I’ve got a feeling that the Guyanese may have been instrumental in Repsol and CGX coming together to the negotiation table.
