Cache Elaborates On Welsford Ree Historical Results

Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: CAY) is pleased to announce that in preparation for a summer exploration program, the Company has completed a review of historical data from the Welsford REE Properties as announced March 8 and April 15, 2010.

See Seidler, K., 2003. Zircon-Rich Ta-Nb-REE Mineralization In The Radioactive Mckeel Lake Pegmatite-Aplite System, Welsford Igneous Complex, southwestern New Brunswick. B.Sc. thesis, University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, NB. and also Seidler, K., Lentz, D.R., Hall, D.C., and Susak, N., 2005. Zircon-rich Ta-Nb-REE Mineralization in the Radioactive McKeel Lake Pegmatite-Aplite System, Welsford Igneous Complex, Southwestern New Brunswick. Exploration and Mining Geology (Rare-Element Pegmatite Special Issue), v. 15, 79-94.

Petrogeochemical studies were conducted on 22 random grab samples from the McKeel Lake dikes that will be a priority REE target on the Welsford rare earth properties. Of these samples, seven were from outcrops, seven were from drill hole No. 1 core, and eight were from drill hole No. 2 core. The samples were categorized as follows: 13 were mineralized aplite I, two were aplite II and seven were host granites. The 13 samples categorized as mineralized aplite I included all seven outcrop samples and six of the 15 drill core samples. Grab samples can be selective in nature and may not reflect the average grade on the property.

The following historical Instrumental Neutron Activation Analyses (INAA) results were reported from the 13 mineralised aplite I samples:
