01:52 PM EDT, 07/11/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Carbon's (CCB.V) shares have rallied after the company announced that Quebec's Agricultural Board (the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Quebec or CPTAQ) reversed its decision to suspend its review of the company's CPTAQ application.
Further to a request for review filed on July 6th, 2017 by the company's external legal counsel, McCarthy Tetrault LLP, the CPTAQ decided on July 10th, 2017 to resume its review of the company's application and is expected to issue preliminary comments on this application as soon as possible.
Canada Carbon's shares were recently up 23.1% at $0.160 apiece.
