QAT Rules - Outside their Jurisdiction

The Quebec Tribunal has ruled that they are not qualified to rule on the legality of the CPTAQ closing Canada Carbon's file.

They have suggested that an appeal of the closing of the file needs to go through the Superior Court System as opposed to the Quebec Tribunal.
