Boilden, 6th Largest Zinc Producer in the World

Boliden who signed a 5 year purchase agreement with CZN in Mar 2016 for between 20 & 40,000 tones of zinc / year is also the 6th largest producer in the world @ 299,000 tons / year. I thought they were a smelter only. Wouldn't it be nice if they were to buy us out? Anything is possible.

Does anyone know why we don't start production now with just a winter road and once the all season road permit is approved then we can speed up production & in the mean time have some cash coming in?
