When I cam across the company this week, I was thinking exactly the same as you guys here:

Offer from big company is way above the current sp; Is this a nice opportunity or am I overlooking something?

After further analysis, the attractivity only got stronger:
Company is being chased by even 2 big Chinese companies, has no mentionable debt outstanding, has a nice portion of exploration plays and just started ramping up production.
Only thing is the PP which has been anounced today. I'm curious for the real reason of the PP, as it could be various.

Did anyone of you guys already find the answer on your own questions asked here: Are we overlooking something?

I went to the stockhouse forum but , as most of the time, is only full of chickens without head. Maybe we can make this forum to a better place of shared information about CML. I sure do hope so! Had contact with the company this week, put couldnt really get more information out of it than already known via NR's.
