Message: CROWFLIGHT ANNOUNCE CHANGE OF AUDITORS

cnw

VANCOUVER, Jan. 5 /CNW/ - CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC. ("Crowflight" or the "Company") (TSX: CML) today announced a change of auditors to Ernst & Young LLP,
Vancouver from McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP effective January 3,
2011. The decision to change auditors arose from the re-location of the
corporate office of the Company to Vancouver, British Columbia from
Toronto, Ontario. As a result of this re-location, Crowflight's Board
of Directors considered it more convenient and efficient to engage a BC
firm of auditors.

The decision to change auditors was therefore not the result of any
disagreement between Crowflight and McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP
on any accounting principles or practices, financial statements
disclosure or any other auditing matter. Crowflight also confirms that
there have been no reportable events as defined in National Instrument
51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and in its opinion there are
no reportable events pending. Crowflight has filed the required Notice
of Change of Auditor reporting package in accordance with National
Instrument 51-102.

The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to McGovern, Hurley,
Cunningham, LLP for the professional services provided during their
term as auditors of Crowflight.
