IMO you should carefully reconsider why you follow Cardiogenics; if you are conducting due diligence regards a potential investment in the company the text and reasoning provided in your post would be very diffierent from the following -

If “new” investors do their due diligence and analyze the “potential” and they come to the same conclusion as yourself, why not buy at this historical low price; it’s a given that the tests will perform as expected isn’t it? Why would any investor wait with a sure thing as this about to show proof of performance; they may never have a chance to buy at this level again
