Message: Maybe its time for a change!

This is what you posted last week.

<<< To be fair, I just wanted to clarify the facts:

Y/E financials are not late. The statatory deadline is 120 days after year end. That makes them and the y/e MD&A due to be filed by April 29th (next Tuesday). Companies can release their results before this deadline if they wish, but do not have to do so until the deadline. In fairness, just so folks understand the process a little, the months following December 31st are quite busy for auditors ie. many companies have December 31 year ends. Auditors will first focus on TSX listed companies because they have a 90 day deadline. Then they turn their focus to the TSX Venture listed companies. The fact that the f/s are not yet filed could be due to a number of things not the least of which is that sometimes it takes a while to put them together and to complete the audit.

To be fair the statements and MD&A are now late. When can the exchange shut trading down?

BB, patiently waiting
