Janet O'Donnell

Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. O'Donnell is a career accounting professional with over 22 years experience in successively senior positions covering all aspects of corporate and subsidiary operations.

Mrs. O'Donnell was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian manufacturing company with domestic manufacturing facilities and subsidiary offices in Latin America. The Company manufactured and sold consumable products to the mining industry both within North America and internationally. During her tenure, and particularly while employed as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. O'Donnell was an integral part of the team that took the company public as an income trust in 2005 and assisted in raising $75 million in equity capital coincident with the initial public offering. The Company was recently purchased by a private equity concern. Mrs. O'Donnell's broad range of experience in all facets of accounting and financial statement preparation for a reporting issuer with domestic and international operations and sales allows her to bring accounting and financial management skills to Castle Gold.

Darren M. Koningen, P. Eng

Vice-President Project Development

Mr. Koningen is a professional engineer with more than 15 years of international mining experience.

Mr. Koningen joined Aurogin Resources Ltd. as Vice President-Engineering and Director in 2005 subsequently assuming the roles of Vice President Operations and Director for Castle Gold following the amalgamation of Morgain Minerals Inc. and Aurogin Resources Ltd. in August 2007. Prior to joining Castle Gold Mr. Koningen was employed as a Senior Process Engineer (mining) with Kvaerner Engineering, then as an independent metallurgical consultant managing process development projects, test work, metallurgical studies and designs for gold, copper, silver, lead and zinc deposits on behalf of clients in South America, Australia and North America. Mr. Koningen's broad international experience in metallurgy process design and operations has allowed him to make significant contributions to Castle Gold's development as Vice President, Operations and going forward in his new role as Vice President Project Development.

Mr. Koningen obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science, Mineral Process Engineering from Queens University in 1990, receiving both the Deans Gold Medal and the Athlone-Vanier Engineering Fellowship.

Federico Alvarez, P. Eng

Vice-President Operations

Mr. Alvarez is a mining engineer with over 32 years experience within academia, government (Director, Mining Affairs) and the mining industry primarily in Mexico. Federico joined Castle Gold in May 2008 as Vice President, Operations and has since focused his attention on the El Castillo gold mine in Durango State, Mexico and working with the company's JV partner on the El Sastre gold mine in Guatemala.

Prior to joining Castle Gold Federico held the position of Director of Mining Affairs for the State of Guanajuato. Mr. Alverez's 21 years of mining experience included 11 years as General Manager, Mine Operations where he was responsible for all aspects of operations of a manganese mine, a thermal coal mine and a gold mine, including both open pit and underground operations, a position he held prior to his term in Government. Mr. Alvarez is a proven leader who brings to Castle Gold a well rounded suite of skills honed in academic, government and mining industry roles over his 32 year career, which includes the successful operations of three mines. Mr. Alvarez's broad range of experience and leadership will assist Castle Gold as it grows as a gold producer. Mr. Alvarez is fluent in English.

Mr. Alvarez obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering with academic awards from the Guanajuato University in 1976 followed by a Masters of Engineering Degree, Mining from McGill University in 1982.

Miguel Cardona, P. Eng

Exploration Manager

Mr. Cardona is a Professional Geological Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the mining industry, primarily in exploration, but also in underground and open pit mine operations. Mr. Cardona has worked with numerous ore types including: gold skarn, gold and silver epithermal and copper-zinc-gold type deposits.

Prior to joining Castle Gold, Mr. Cardona worked for Teck-Cominco and was part of the team that discovered the Filos Project (now owned by Gold Corp.), and was also part of the discovery team for the El Limon advanced stage exploration project with Teck-Cominco. Previous to this Mr. Cardona worked with Industrias Penoles in various mines all over Mexico. Mr. Cardona is fluent in English.

Mr. Cardona obtained his Bachelor Degree in Geological Engineering from the San Louis Potosi University in 1985, followed by a Master Degree in Planning and Systems.

Garth Wilcox, P. Eng

Manager - Engineering

Mr. Wilcox is a professional engineer with over 14 years of global experience in the mining industry. Mr. Wilcox joined Castle Gold in September 2006 as General Manager of Engineering.

Prior to joining Castle Gold Mr. Wilcox workd for AMEC Inc. as a Senior Process Engineer. In that role he worked on several projects and is quite experienced in the areas of process development, feasibility studies, engineering design, project and field engineering, commissioning and plant operations. Mr. Wilcox's broad experience in many aspects of mine design, expansion and commissioning are valuable to Castle Gold as the Company pursues the expansion of the El Castillo gold mine and considers other expansion, development or acquisition opportunities.

Mr. Wilcox obtained a Metallurgical Engineering degree from Dalhousie University (T.U.N.S.)

Pedro Delgado Ortiz

El Castillo Mine Manager

Mr. Delgado is a Mining Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the operation and management of open pit & underground mines in Mexico. His experience is focused in mining operations, the construction and operation of crushing and screening systems as well as in cyanidation plants. Mr. Delgado joined Minera Real del Oro, the Mexican subsidiary of Castle Gold that holds the El Castillo Mine, on March 2006 as mine Manager El Castillo Mine. During this time he has been responsible for the start-up of the test plant and for the construction, commissioning and operation of the mine. Mr. Delgado has also been responsible for federal permitting for the start-up and operation of the El Castillo Gold Mine.

Previous to his arrival at Minera Real del Oro, Mr. Delgado worked for Minera Nukay, where he held progressively more senior roles until being appointed General Manager, Mining where he was responsible for the day-to-day workforce of 150 people. In addition he was responsible for managing the relationship between the union and the company. Mr. Delgado oversaw the expansion of the company processing plant including achieving the Mexican equivalent of ISO 2001 certification for the operation. He has also worked as a contractor for Holcim Apasco and Cementos Moctezuma in the position of Operations Manager and mine superintendant open pit mining

Mr. Delgado obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from Guanajuato University in 1988.

Ignacio Del Campo

Controller

Mr. Del Campo is a bilingual Professional Accountant with 10 years experience in management positions for U.S. and Mexican based companies where he developed world class manufacturing and industrial accounting processes. Mr. Del Campo's experience comes from all aspects of Administration (Financing, Human Resources, Promotion and Sales.) Mr. Del Campo has 9 years experience in foreign commerce programs and negotiations, including knowledge of NIC, FASB, USGAAP and CANADA GAAP, corporate stocks, inventories control and budgets. Mr. Del Campo has experience in relationship building between foreign corporations and subsidiaries.

Mr. Del Campo comes to Castle Gold from a North-American based manufacturing company with domestic manufacturing facilities and subsidiary offices in Latin America. The Company manufactured and sold drilling equipment and spare parts to the mining industry in México and Chile. During his professional career in management positions, Mr. Del Campo has developed new processes and procedures to help increase the efficiency of the company's resource usage in order to achieve cost savings.

Mr. Del Campo has a Masters degree in administration with a Specialty in Financing

Rory Quinn

Manager Investor & Public Relations

Mr. Quinn is an investor relations, marketing and sales management professional with over 12 years of increasing roles of experience in the area of marketing.

Prior to joining Castle Gold, Mr. Quinn worked for Ascenta Capital Inc. in Vancouver as an Account Executive managing investor relations activities for Golden Band Resources and Crowflight Minerals Inc. In that role he worked on building investor relations programs, writing news releases, assisting with capital raising, booked and participated in marketing meetings in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, London, Frankfurt, and Munich, and built and maintained a large database of prospective investors. Mr. Quinn has numerous relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, investment advisors and media throughout North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Ascenta Mr. Quinn worked for Gillette Canada Company as a Key Account Executive and before that as Retail Sales Supervisor, British Columbia. Mr. Quinn completed the Marketing Management program at The British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1996. (BCIT)
