I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Centamin Egypt: AIM Cancellation and Admission to Official List
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 7, 2009) - Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin" or "the Company") (TSX:CEE)(ASX:CNT)(AIM:CEY) announced on 04 August 2009 its intention to apply for admission of its ordinary share capital to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities (the "Main Market"). Centamin hereby gives notice, pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, of the intended cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's issued share capital on AIM. It is expected that the Company's ordinary shares of no par value each will be simultaneously admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market and simultaneously cancelled from trading on AIM on or around 05 November 2009, subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals from the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange.

Investors should consult their own tax advisors as to the tax implications of the move to the Official List and the Main Market.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
