Smith could lose his company for $3/share

I noticed no one disagreed on FNC board that Smith could lose his company for $3/share from a CLF offer (150million) or if he doesn't get that in dividend equivilent by the Oct AGM.

In the meantime, at CLF current price, I'm sure FNC, SPQ, KWG, UC, holders wouldn't mind a CLF stock swap instead of cash.
