Howard Pechet, director at Canadian Western Bank, bought 20,000 company shares through CIBC Wood Gundy between March 24 and 25, 2008 for prices ranging from $21.86 and $23.47. He sold 82,000 shares between Oct. 15 and 22 between $14.70 and $17.95 to bring these holdings to 442,000 shares.

Compton Petroleum Corp. canceled 496,700 company shares on Nov. 4, 2008, then bought back 1,532,600 shares between Nov. 10 and Nov. 28 for prices ranging from 94¢ to $1.70.

Extendicare REIT canceled 129,614 company units on Nov. 28, 2008, then bought back another 76,900 between Dec. 3 and 4 for around $4.55 each.

David Pyke, vice president of land and contracts for Fairborne Energy Trust, sold 52,145 company units for around $5.13 each through Kerwood Resources Ltd. between Nov. 25 and 26, 2008. This brought these holdings to 283,479 units.

Fareed Mangalji, trustee at InnVest REIT and an executive director of Westmont Hospitality Group, bought 234,900 InnVest units through Westmont for $2.91 each on Nov. 24, 2008, bringing these holdings to 1,295,512 units.
Majid Mangalji, trustee at InnVest REIT and founder and president of the Westmont Group, also bought 234,900 InnVest units through Westmont for $2.91 each on Nov. 24, 2008, bringing these holdings to 1,295,512 units.

William Fraser Grant, director at Oilexco Inc., sold 162,000 company shares on Nov. 20, 2008 for prices ranging from $1.60 to $2.00, brining these holdings to 183,000 shares.

Pan American Silver Corp. director William Fleckenstein sold 101,300 company shares through RTM Fund for US$10.99 each on Dec. 4, 2008, bringing these holdings to zero.

Power Financial Corp. director Robert Gratton sold 598,758 company shares between Nov. 24 and 28, 2008, brining these holdings to 3,269,123 shares. He sold another 249,342 shares through 4177487 Canada Inc. during the same period to bring these holdings to 6,292,777 shares.

TMX Group Inc. bought back and canceled 1,000,000 shares betwen Nov. 6 and 19, 2008.
