If I had the answer I wouldn't be workin for a livin. My thoughts though: If this company was sold in pieces, by that I mean sell the refinery separately etc. I don't want that to happen but for arguments sake lets look at it that way. I think the seller would receive a lot more then the current SP. The way the company is being built, again I think it is being built correctly, major investors are content to keep their money elsewhere, they do not need to hit a homerun and are looking for returns that are above average. This way they protect their downside. Once CLL becomes more consistent in production, positive cash flow areas and cost control the major investor will start to buy. The downside in my books is selling it in pieces, which might make me even. The major investor doesn't want to be even
