A problem for we routine retail investors is that we do not know precisely the movement of Market Makers and Insiders in and out of the stock of CLL due to the two week time delay in reporting of insider transactions. This leaves the individual investor at a distinct disadvantage and creates a "crapshoot" element of any stratregy other than a "buy and hold" approach. As a result, unless one cares to try to outguess those in control of the SP, the individual investor is constrained in his options. This results in a game largely designed for the "market makers and insiders"! For all others, do you feel lucky?
