I think it is because their reserve updates are current as of June 30th and December 31st. Therefore, the audit company (GLJ) needs to take pricing data that is valid up until those dates, which factors into economical resource calculations. So the physical data might be ready and modelled a month or so ago, but the final calculations can't be performed until after June 30th.

The company could elect to sit on the results for another month, but I suspect that once the info has been presented to them, the resource updates will be material enough that they have to be released immediately.

I'm guessing we might get a stop on trading mid-day someday next week, once the company is able to release the info.
