UTS is years away from breaking ground on Fort Hills, once Suncor takes over Petro-Canada, they are going to finish their Voyageur Project and Firebag Stage 3 and 4 before they even look at Fort Hills. At leat CLL is producing oil. OPEC will decide not to cut prices this week, they know which way oil is going already anyways.
