Here you have a good point.I don't think these guys stand still by the fact many investing funds but also a lot of private investors like all on this board ,invest in their company for a profit in time and not to see their shares dilluted and a sp tanking towards probably for many of us here to around 1/4 of the invested monney.

I had a problem with the fact they did the deal at .90 ,Was the company so much overvalued compared to previous year ?Was the impact of the high debt so severe that we after years of trading above the 3 $ mark we suddenly were worse only 1 $?

I don't think these guys wil admit they were wrong when they went for the Algar financing a year ago.

I think they lost some ducks recently instead of keeping them in a row.
