Energy Speculator says buy Abaddon and hope for Mann

The Energy Speculator in its April 15, 2008, issue, says buy Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. at 19 cents, officially and correctly, "Buy under C$0.20." The newsletter said buy Abaddon three times between April 17, 2006, and Sept. 17, 2007, at prices ranging from 25 cents to 49 cents. A $1,000 investment for each of the three times is worth a not-very-pleasing $1,521. The Speculator's writer checks the press-release cupboard and finds it lacking. The dearth of news and a depressed share price has the writer in a gloomy mood. Drilling has not been easy in the Northern Saskatchewan's Athabasca basin. However, drill news should be coming out shortly from the Mann Lake property, which is operated by Triex Minerals Corp. With Abaddon's last private placement, the company wanted to bring on long-term strategic investors. The writer calls this an encouraging sign, and it must do as the most upbeat comment in his Abaddon update.
