Dear Shareholders,

Agoracom will no longer be providing Investor Relations and marketing effective October 1, 2010 and will be converting the Hub to a free discussion board.

Please continue to visit and comment on all of Consolidated Spire Ventures future activities, a Hub Leader can now be appointed to monitor all future discussions.
