Also interesting to see what a great position Teck is in now with their Q4 2011. Record tonnage and profits in many sectors of their diversified interests, and increased dividends to shareholders. He isn't tipping his hand too much with future plans but 'appeared' focused on Chile for copper production. What a nice 'back up' project CUU is - why even mention it when they will have their way with the project and fold it into their holdings? Lol, it is in their backyard so to speak and will happen barring some unforeseen catastrophe.

Agree with his point about 7.5% Chiness growth forecast still being amazing ... still huge demand for resources there and the global middle class continues to grow (3B more by 2030 he said? Nice.). The long term macro picture is fuzzy, but copper seems such a basic, necessary play for any continued growth. Bring on the BFS.
