The wife and I are flying down to Phoenix AZ this weekend, and then we are on a 2000 mile road trip back up to BC.

LOL You should have seen the look on her face when I suggested adding a couple hundred extra miles to stop by Miami AZ to "check out the new properties."

She only had two things to say:

1) She took little time in pointing out that I can add nothing to Elmer's due diligence of the properties and then she said,

2) Please don't slow them down anymore!

I admit it will be a much needed break from checking CUU on a daily basis. Vette's countdown will have less than 14 days left on it by the time I get back, and it would be ooohh so good to come back and find it all over with!
