AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Arizona Land

"If this 100% buyout deal is 'done' to the point that CUU can head for the dugout then the deal would have been hashed out quite a while ago. But, quite recently, we sought out the USA properties and bought more land. Did TCK want this put into the fresh deal? Why would TCK want those USA properties with all of Schaft's lands to chew on?"

Chappie, I've always thought the Arizona land's main purpose was to have a reason to perpetuate the Copper Fox name. Elmer has said, he thinks the name has value, and if we sell all of the BC property, the AZ property is a cheap way to keep the name. part of the sale price would fund CF and the rest sent to the shareholders in the form of a special div.

I hope we keep some of the BC land, but I can't see TCK allowing us to have a ring of land around Shaft Creek separating it from all the other claims they recently purchased.

I hope Elmer clarifies the reasons for the shutdown soon, as I don't understand the logic of it and it's too important to the wellbeing of all shareholders, not just the insiders......chunky
