Hey Dogger, sounds like ridiculous speculation that's baseless and has no evidence for it (even far fetched evidence). In fact there's plenty reason to think that didn't happen. The biggest being why would TT take the wrap for something like that? In fact TT's recent financials have even shown they've had a lot of backlog. It's a big project. It took longer than projected and TT being understaffed (people hired away) and probably under qualified (again the good engineers hired away) so that when they saw it last year it just wasn't up to par to their expectations. They have one shot at releasing it can't give a bad one and then an updated one later because of the contract with Teck. With the poor estimates in the sector (look at baja) they need to make it right, and right the first time. The delays make sense to me because of size and TT having talent taken away. That said the last 2 months (late summer) delay and review time make less sense to me. That portion may very well be related to Teck.
