do we know for sure it is Tetra Teck that writes the condensed version of the BFS for Sedar, 90% of it has been ready for 6 months or does the CUU geo's write it

what are the advantages of doing this slowly? could it be the request of Teck? It is obviously just a formality.

we will be able to compare with WRN when they gets their's up
