yes...$5,500 this year Linsickel, confirmed when i placed my order w/ TD yesterday, total if not used over X years? i'm not sure #.

as for capital loss recovery? i'm of the opinion CUU will pay a decent return- when? i have no idea. i' had realized though, shud we be in the tank at year end 2013 which we were, it made more sense to make untaxable money buying up to the limit of my tfsa than staying so overweighted in trading a. (taxable at personal rates)....
