I called in, and I guess this is all old news. When CUu was buying land around the shaft creek deposit, there was a section well north of the deposit that already had an existing stream deal on it, that now sandstorm has acquired.... no big deal. Apparently it was news in 2011 or some thing like that. So no news really. I'm not concerned. Also, I think someone mentioned possible drilling being done by carmax; that is not the case for this year. There is no work being done on that property this year due to the claims issue. I follow tech closely, and I would suggest listening in on their Q2 call, July 27.
