Hotels were booked solid with engineers, geologist, etc. lsat week, they were all sniffing around our area.

Not that I do not want to believe you, but can you expand on this?

Which town has these solidly booked hotels? How do you know the hotels were booked solid?

How do you know they were booked by engineers and geologists? How do you know they were sniffing around "our area"?
