Message: Teck at Deutsche Bank 26th presentation

The current share price reflects the fact that there is no information released that supports that a deal is near or a development plan is imminent.

TECK is very tight lipped about their plans and there will be no leaks about a pending deal or development plan. It'll happen suddenly with a halt on the stock and then the info will be made public. And there will be no NR to announce a deal is near to get the SP moving either.

If anything in the Liard agreement supercedes any of this then it's material and should be fully disclosed to shareholders.

TECK deciding by year end if SC is economical or not is still within the framework of the JV agreement "...continue exploring and, if deemed warranted, of developing, constructing..."  Or TECK could just make an offer for SC and skip all that production decision. TECK has been in this game for too long and it is too big of a company to not release all the info they are required to.

Not only has Teck spent the last 5 years fully exercising that right they can continue to do so.

Correct on the first part, TECK did spend the last 5 years exploring the property. They can still continue to do so, but whether they will do it or not is still to be seen. And we will find that out in the next 2-3 months or even as soon as the next JV meeting on Oct. 29.
