Just to point out that the main text includes the information that Ernesto will (my emphasis) be taking over 8 million units as part of this placement.

On the other hand, the list of risk factors appearing at the end of the release includes this statement:
"...; Mr. Echavarria will not subscribe for the number of Units currently expected, or at all;..."

Yes, it's boilerplate but if CF is so sure in the opening statement that he "will", why say anything? Is he or isn't he?
