"Question is, will teck allow that to happen to them? Doubt it, so pay our asking price :)"

What if Teck doesn't want to pay our asking price and decides to leave us on the back burner until they get what they want? What new "development partner" is going to come out of the woodwork and pay anything when Teck is the operator and hasn't decided, or mentioned anything publicly if this is even going to be a mine let alone when. How many years now since the agreement was signed? There is a reason our shares are at 10 cents and my impression is it's because due to the "agreement" our so called management signed with them, our share in Schaft Creek isn't worth any more until Teck says so. We are bent over the proverbial barrel.
