My speculation or thought that with all the bumbling, mumbling and stumbling that has been going on, could they be trying to run the share price as low as possible before taking the company private, then selling the deposit? Nobody can continually make all these misguided mistakes and projections year after year and still be here fat, dumb and happy without some kind of reason. I'm at a loss on that....
