I hold some shares of a company that has seen its SP slipping lately. They came out with this statement last week. So nice to see a company doing something tangible to lift the SP rather than offering more shares to buy. I know CF doesn't have a cash position to do the following, but I love this company's sentiment:

We believe that XXX XXXXs current market value does not reflect the underlying value of its business and future prospects, and that implementing a share buyback program is the best way we can return value to shareholders. We have several growth initiatives in the pipeline and are engaged in a fundamental restructuring to improve profitability and build value for our shareholders.
