What if EE and ES know they have a deal after Teck has done all its studies and due diligence.. They cannot buy on the open market, but they can dilute like crazy and purchase shares through Private placements..Burn through cash, raise more, burn through more cash, raise again.Each time the percentage of shares increases in their name.

Insiders have approximately 57% of the float as of today.. I bet that increases after the next PP..They want as much of this company for themselves as possible..

Probably just a crazy theory, but nobody else has been correct either..
