Teck would have run economic analyses on the sizing scenarios and picked 130 ktpd to carry out this years work because it had the best numbers. So Elmer has the revised NPV numbers which I agree he can't reveal. A significant improvement in NPV is necessary to support the high share valuations that you, and others, have posted. If there is a lot more value to SC compared to the 2013 FS then we need either a new FS from Teck or Elmer to sell SC with the information he can provide to prospective buyers after they sign a CA. We don't want to see an announcement at year end that the "conceptual" study has been completed and more fiddling around is proposed. We don't need to see Elmer buying shares, we need to see hm carrying out his business plan, which was to sell properties.
