Scotia Capital

I was wondering why the big increase in volume and see Scotia Capital (85) has been a big seller recently accounting for almost all the volume and I don't mean just today. Somebody is selling a huge wack of shares but someone is also buying them. This isn't TSFA selling.

I just wish Elmer would come clean with regular shareholders about what's really going on with this company as it isn't entirely private yet. If there isn't anything, he might think about getting off his ass for once and doing something.
