Teck is about to get up to an additional 500 million from the Chile project sale. That deal could be announced any day as Teck already started the process with Barclays.

Plus the hundred of millions they bring in from quarterly revenues. They could have enough money to develop alone but I think the best outcome is working with Teck to each sell 25% to another major to split costs. Same strategy Teck has employeed with other large projects.
