If Schaft Creek gets sold, I would expect at least a 1$ special dividend or something equivalent which would bring you in the green...althought not a big profit. I truely hope we will get more and that most of us will have a decent ROI for waiting 10 years +.

This being said, we could also get another 0.50$-1$ in a couple of years for Van Dyke, but that's anyones guess.
