Teck not going into Frontier is more economics than anything else.  $20 billion investment. $50 oil when they were using $95 before.

 

Fort Hills proves that already to them.

 

Coal and zinc pricing not helping them financially to go into something so large.

 

No pipelines.

 

 

Too many risks for them.  Why do it now when nothing is going for them.  Public, government, finances.
