How does Teck have no choice?  It seems to me they have all the choices, and we have none.  If we had choices, the ROFO would have been submitted long ago.  CF has know what the new numbers are, because they have claimed to be working closely throughout the whole process.  Any geologist worth his salt should be able to come up with a fair value by now.  

The question is, why are they so content sitting on their asses, watching their market value whittle away year after year, with virtually no promotion?  I thought we were a world class claim?
