This "ministry of mines" hold up sounds like complete bs! 

Keep in mind....Teck and Copper Fox have been summarizing 2019 results for many months! I personally don't buy that.

For all we know....report signing day is actually buyout signing day....wouldn't that be a great twist. JV just needed a good cover story?
