Warrants are around from 2016 - 2020 private placements. They all have different exercise price. The 2020 warrants have a 15 cent exercise price, others have 17 cents or 20 cents. As soon as the volume weighted average price hits 15 cents, 17 cents and 20 cents, Copper Fox can accelerate the warrants to be exercised 30 days after those numbers are hit.

Actually as per the June 30 2016 NR, the 17cent warrants will be excercised 30 days after the 20-day volume weighted average is above 30 cents.
