NO NO NO!  Stop thinking NSR!  We'll all be passed from this world by the time we see it.  And it would be worth next to nothing with your insisted 8% discounting philosophy.  In this world of negative interest rates and helicopter money, ha!   Exactly now is the time to grasp NPV5 value and monetize the whole kit and cabootle, retire and get on to something else.  To all fellow shareholders: Let Us Pray, for us, our children and our grandchildren that they aren't thinking of stinking around for some "repeat".
