Message: Capex, construction time & payback is key

Fuel was 25%-30% of opex, IIRC.  Oil prices are cut by more than 50% since 2012.

BTW, MoneyK, you once mentioned "...what if fuel was near zero..." or something to that effect.  I assume you were referring to railing out the product at an immense savings on transportation costs.  No buying and maintaining big trucks (lower capex), no drivers, no petrol, no extra reinforced bridges and roads...

There is an abandoned railbed that was built right up into that area decades ago that could be finalized cost efficiently.  

Railing out the product for decades would have a huge positive effect on NPV. Is that what you were insinuating?
