BMO just bought 179,000 shares in a single market order, scooping everything up right  into the $0.13 Ask. Minutes later with a thin Ask sitting at $0.13, someone puts up 60,000 shares up for sale at an Ask of $0.115...

Who in their right mind (seeing such an aggressive buyer in the market willing to pay up to $0.13) would then decide to put up sale 60,000 shares moments later at an Ask that is 11.5% lower than what was just paid for by an aggressive buyer?

Just plain stupid seller?  Or have the games just begun?
