Yes, you're right, we experienced a big drop, but you really think insiders are happy about it? They own 58% of the shares! They are just staying professional and keeping focus on the objective despite all the issues the mining sector experienced in the last decade.

Personnaly, I don't really care about the current SP, only the end result will matter.
